(From the Institute of Integrative Nutrition® website)

McGinnis Sisters Owner, Noreen Campbell, will be graduating soon from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).  The intention for this MeetUP is teach some of the core principles of the IIN course.  The Circle of Life and Primary Foods are the fundamental basics of IIN and so it is fitting to use this to launch our exploration of a healthy lifestyle.
