Scallops Almondine

Taste the Difference!
  • 1 lb. Sea Scallops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread brumbs (panko works well)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup almonds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper, roll in bread crumbs.  Melt butter in skillet.  Add scallops and saute over high heat until golden brown about 4 minutes on each side.  Garnish scallops with almonds and parsley.  Serve immediately.
