Korean Pork

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 pork tenderloins, center cut
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Combine soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds together in a large bowl; add pork and coat with mixture.  Cover and marinate for at least 3 hours in refrigerator, turn pork occasionally.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Coat a roasting pan with the oil.  Transfer pork to pan; roast for 45 minutes.  Heat marinade in small saucepan over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.  Thinly slice pork;  place in serving bowl.  Pour marinade over top.  Serve with bread on the side.
