Great Steak Sauce Taste
  • 2 pounds McGinnis Sisters Beef Pork & Veal Blend
  • 16 strips of McGinnis Sisters Pepper Bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 3 tablespoons McGinnis Sisters Steak Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 8 McGinnis Sisters Kaiser Rolls
Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F.  In a large bowl combine the ground beef, steak sauce, salt, pepper, and onions.  Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.  Divide the meat into 8 individual hamburger patties.
Once the barbecue has reached 400 degrees F,  place the hamburgers directly onto the grill above the direct heat.  Cook the patty on 1 side for 3-4 minutes per side.  During the last minutes of grilling add 2 slices of bacon to each burger and top with cheese.  Cover grill and let melt for about one minute.  Place burger on Kaiser.  Serve with Baked Yam Fries.  Recipe found on our web site
