Grilled Ginger Pork Chops

  • 4 McGinnis Sisters boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 8 slices fresh ginger root
  • 4 cloved garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions: In a small bowl combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper. Pour over pork cops, cover and marinate in your refrigerate for two hours or up to overnight.
Preheat your grill on high. Grill the pork chops 4 minutes, turn baste and grill for another 6 minutes or until the pork chips reach 160F on an instant read meat thermometer. Serve with Asian Green Beans
