Cranberry Citris Relish

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries (3 cups)
  • 1 unpeeled orange, quartered
  • 1-1¼ cups sugar
In food processor bowl, place half of cranberries and orange sections. Process until evenly chopped; repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges. In medium bowl, stir sugar into cranberry orange mixture. Refrigerate, covered, at least 24 hrs. to blend flavors. Makes about 2 ½ cups.
