Harvest Corn

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen corn
In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in onion and peppers; sauté until crisp-tender (3-4 min.), stirring occasionally. Stir in corn; continue cooking until corn is crisp-tender 4-6 min. Serve immediately. Serves about 6-8.
