  • McGinnis Sisters Old Fashion Ham
  • 1/2 pint of Our Mother Rosella's Peach Ham Glaze
  • Whole Cloves
  • Cinnamon
Remove wrapper and place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Add 1 cup water. Score ham in triangles, sprinkle cinnamon and insert whole cloves if desired. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 130F.
In the last 60 minutes of cooking, glaze the ham with peach glaze. Remember a McGinnis Sisters Ham is fully cooked, you only need to heat and eat.
