Crock Pot Chuck Roast

  • 3-4 Lb McGinnis Sisters Chuck Roast
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 3-4 red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 chunks
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chuck roast with Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper. Add olive oil to skillet and brown chuck roast well on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Place chuck roast in crock pot, add carrots, onions and potatoes. Spread Golden mushroom soup over all. Rinse out soup can with 1/2 cup water and add to crock pot. Add wine. Slow cook on low for 7-8 hours.
