  • 6 Our Father Elwood's Slow Smoked Pork Chops
  • 1 cup cranberry-apple juice
  • 1/3 cup maple or maple flavored syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 medium sized red cooking apples
In a 12" skillet over high heat, heat smoked pork chops, cranberry-apple juice, syrup and vinegar to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; add chopped, pared apples. Cover and cook 15 minutes, turning pork chops once.
