  • 4 McGinnis Sisters Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops (available in our meat shop)
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • Lawrey's seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. water
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 sweet onion sliced thin
  • 2 tbl. olive oil
Season Stuffed Pork Chops with Lawrey's seasoned salt and pepper.In dutch oven or roasting pan, brown stuffed chops in hot oil on both sides.Cover with onions, add wine and water, cover pot with tight fitting lid.Cook on stove top for 1 hour or transfer to 325 degree oven to roast for 1 hour.
