Baked Grouper Parmesan

  • 2 pounds McGinnis Sisters Grouper fillets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • paprika
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven at 350F. If your grouper fillets are large, cut into serving size portions. Place grouper fillets in a single layer in a well greased baking dish. Combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread sour cream mixture over grouper fillets. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
