Foley Salmon with Tequila Lime Butter

Ingredients
  • 6 pieces Foley Salmon fillet portions
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons finely grated fresh lime zest
  • 6 tablespoons Foley Tequila Lime Butter
Directions:
Prepare grill for cooking over medium-high heat. Season salmon all over with salt and pepper, then grill skin side down on a lightly oiled grill rack for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle fillets with zest and top with 1 tablespoon of the Tequila Lime Butter.
