Grilled Salmon Steaks with Basil Butter

  • 4 Foley Fresh salmon steaks
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • black pepper
Combine 1/4 softened butter, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil leaves, 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes; mix until blended. spread top of 4 salmon steaks with half of butter mixture and sprinkle with black pepper.
Grill or broil; turn halfway through cooking and spread with remaining butter mixture.
