Eggnog French Toast

  • 1loaf of McGinnis Sisters Irish Soda bread, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups of dairy eggnog
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • powder sugar

Place bread in single layer in shallow dish. Mix eggnog and beaten eggs. Pour eggnog mixture over bread, let stand, turning bread once in a while until eggnog is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
In large skillet cook slices in butter until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
