  • 2 cups shredded Provonello
  • 2 8 oz containers of Crème fraîche
  • 1 lb penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 bunch basil, chopped
  • 2 Tbs butter

In a large bowl toss basil, Crème fraîche and provonello into drained pasta. Place into a greased 13x9 pan. In a separate bowl combine bread crumbs and Parmesan, then sprinkle over top. Dot with butter and bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.
