Peach Caprese Salad

  • 2 large or 3 small peaches, sliced
  • 1 McGinnis Sisters Hand-wrapped fresh mozzarella ball, sliced
  • 10 or more fresh basil leaves, torn or chiffonade
  • 2 tablespoons Ariston Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ariston white peach balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Simply layer slices of our hand rolled fresh mozzarella with slices of fresh peaches and a few basil leaves. Drizzle with Ariston Greek extra virgin olive oil and finish with Ariston peach infused white balsamic. Arrange on a sliced French baguette to serve appetizer.
