Grilled Foley Fresh King or Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 Foley fresh salmon steaks
  • 1 cup oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. dill weed or 2 sprigs of fresh dill
Directions:
Mix oil, lemon juice and dill for marinade in 7x11 inch dish. Place salmon steaks in marinade. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning every hour. Lightly grease grill top. Grill salmon over medium heat, turning and cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork.
