  • 1 lb. Grey Sole
  • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 Tablespoon white wine
  • 2 Tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
  • salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400˚ Rub baking sheet with olive oil. Place fillets on sheet, do not overlap. Drizzle lemon juice & wine over fillets. Sprinkle bread crumbs, salt, pepper & parsley over fillets. Drizzle with butter & bake 5 minutes at 400˚.
