Basil, Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

  • 2-3 fresh ripe vine tomatoes, sliced
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lb. Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Watercress Bib Lettuce
  • Extra virgin olive oil or (Garlic Expressions for a low calorie option)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
Layer all ingredients on a platter. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately or chill until serving time (not more than 30 minutes).
