  • McGinnis Sisters Old Fashion Ham
  • 1 Jar Peach or Apricot Jelly
  • Whole Cloves

Remove wrapper and place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Add 1 cup water. Score ham in triangles and insert whole cloves if desired. Bake 325˚ for 15 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 130F. In the last 60 minutes of cooking glaze the ham with a whole jar of peach or apricot jelly. Remember a McGinnis Sisters Ham is fully cooked you only need to heat and eat.
