A Family Pleaser
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 lb. blended ground beef, pork & veal
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Shape into a loaf and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.  Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
